Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and labels still attached.

Any included accessories (e.g., belts, spare buttons, dust bags) must be returned.

Final sale items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personalized products) are not eligible unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Request Authorization: Log in to your account and submit a return request, or email us at CARVALHOCANDISEKAPUALANI@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Shipping Advice: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or unreturned packages without an RA number.
Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 3-5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please indicate the desired size/style. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs

Defective items: We will cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty (photo evidence required).

Non-defective returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
